The probate code indicates that a loan for up to 3 years from the date the original letters testamentary were granted (in this case 8-27-97) is possible with a Court Order, it states further that the Court can extend that time but only up to an additional year.

There was a $550,000 loan created by John Denison and Isaac Castro in the year of 1999 that encumbered 6,200 acres.  This information will be installed in the near future. The below is chronological in what happened just prior to the big loan being created.  Sorry for the delay, but its coming and will be worth the viewing.  So much crime was committed through out this theft of the estate it becomes exhausting to have to properly convey in a legible manner.  Stand by.  It is worth the wait to see how Isaac Castro pulled this off.
